Sound like you? Read on! As a Senior Global Account Director, You Will

• Serve as the primary owner of the BCD M&E/client relationship.
• Drive the strategic evolution of the customer’s global meetings program.
• Own the contracts and financials related to the customer’s business.
• Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives including communications campaigns and business reviews. Establish consistent expectations around stakeholder engagement at the local, regional, and global level.
• Collaborates with operations leadership globally to ensure operations teams are providing excellent service in compliance with client processes and expectations.
• Act a leader within the BCD M&E organization, establishing a strong team culture that embodies BCD’s values.

You Should Know

• This is a Remote based role to be based in the UK or Mainland Europe (Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland).
• Due to the global nature of the team, flexibility on hours worked will be require in order to collaborate with the wider global team.
