- High-volume, full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles
- Building and maintaining strong, proactive talent pipelines
- Daily resume review, candidate outreach, and interviews
- Interview scheduling and stakeholder coordination
- ATS management and process organization
- Tracking recruiting KPIs and turning data into smarter hiring decisions
- Creating a seamless, positive candidate experience from first touch through onboarding

- Perform well under pressure and enjoy a fast-moving environment
- Can manage multiple openings without losing attention to detail
- Are confident conducting interviews and engaging candidates
- Understand how to move candidates efficiently through the funnel
- Know your way around an ATS and stay highly organized
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and with confidence
- Thrive working independently in a remote setting
Bonus Points If You Have:
- ABA or ABA recruiting experience
- Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments
- A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
