Growth Marketing Manager

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager for a YC Summer 2025 company that just raised an $11.5M seed round led by Hyperion, with backers including Palmer Luckey and Y Combinator. We're an early-stage manufacturing technology company building AI-powered infrastructure to reindustrialize American manufacturing, and we've already shipped to hundreds of customers in our first year.

About the Role

We're hiring our first Growth Marketing Manager to own digital growth end to end. This is a hands-on building role, not a management one. You'll ship, measure, and scale acquisition channels solo.

What You'll Own

• Scaling paid channels across Google, Meta and X against real unit economics
• Owning the full funnel from discovery to quote to repeat purchase
• SEO and Answer Engine Optimization strategy
• Shipping landing pages, experiments and lifecycle automations
• Using AI tools to move faster than a typical marketing team

Who You Are

• You've personally built or scaled a digital acquisition channel from zero
• You're comfortable working across a codebase, an ad account and a dataset
• You speak fluently in CAC, payback, conversion and attribution
• You have strong taste in messaging, design and buyer experience
• You'd rather own an outcome than sit inside a narrow function
• Former founder or ex-VC-turned-operator background is a strong plus

Nice to Have

• Experience running multi-million dollar paid budgets
• DTC or e-commerce conversion optimization track record
• Creative channel experience such as sponsorships or community

• Compensation: $130,000 to $175,000, plus equity
