The Role As an Online Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online communication channels.   • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and service-related questions.
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and accuracy.
  • Utilize CRM software to document interactions and manage customer information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Educate customers about our products and services to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve service quality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
