About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven professional and pop culture enthusiast to help grow Bleav’s podcast network. This role is all about recruiting shows, connecting with hosts and creators, and building long-term relationships.

You’ll spend your time sourcing shows: podcasts, youtube and social, running outreach campaigns, and working directly with the talent and representation to bring them onto Bleav. If you enjoy networking, talent relations, and being on the front lines of a fast-growing media platform, this role is built for you.What You’ll Do:

• Recruit and onboard new podcasts and creator-led shows onto the Bleav network

• Identify and pursue new creator partnership opportunities across podcasting, YouTube, and emerging platforms

• Lead high-volume, targeted outreach to podcast hosts, creators, and representatives

• Manage and respond to inbound creator interest, qualifying opportunities and moving them through the partnership pipeline

• Educate creators on Bleav’s growth and monetization ecosystem and guide them through the onboarding process

• Track outreach, relationships, and deal flow in internal systems to ensure consistent follow-up and execution

• Build trusted relationships with podcast hosts, creator teams, agents, and internal stakeholders

• Analyze platform performance, creator trends, and category gaps to inform recruiting strategy

• Stay on top of the podcast and creator economy and actively source high-potential new shows

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-starter with a strong interest in creator partnerships, digital media, and relationship-driven growth

• Comfortable with cold outreach, email campaigns, and high-volume prospecting

• Highly organized with the ability to manage pipelines, follow-ups, and long-term relationships

• Familiarity with podcasting, YouTube, creators, or digital media ecosystems

• Confident communicator who can build rapport with creators over email, phone, and Zoom

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Minimum 1 year in a professional workplace in celebrity media or talent

Compensation:

• 1099 contractor role to start
• Monthly base retainer + commission on closed deals
