About the role

Careerscape (cs-recruiters.com) is a full-service national recruitment and staffing firm serving Legal & Compliance, Technology & IT, Healthcare Administration & Clinical, Marketing & Creative, Office Support & Administration, and Real Estate & Property Management.

We're seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team on a contract basis as we scale. The role begins as a 3-month contract, with the potential to convert to a full-time position based on performance and fit.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across our verticals — sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and hiring managers throughout the search process
• Maintain an active pipeline of multiple concurrent searches without compromising quality
• Guide candidates through the process and represent Careerscape professionally at every stage
• Work within our proprietary ATS and candidate/employer portals

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; agency experience preferred
• Demonstrated track record of successfully filled roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional presence and credibility with senior stakeholders and candidates
• Ability to manage 10+ active searches and prioritize effectively
• Sound judgment in evaluating candidates
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and the ability to learn our proprietary ATS system

Preferred:

• Recruiting experience in one or more of our verticals
• Experience supporting a company through a growth or scale-up phase

• Contract length: 3 months, full-time hours
• Conversion: Full-time offer possible based on performance and mutual fit
• Location: Remote, NYC-based preferred
• Compensation: Commission-only to start
