About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Project Manager to support our project teams in delivering successful outcomes. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their project management skills while working in a flexible, supportive environment. You will assist with project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and task lists.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
- Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Identify potential project risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Support project budget tracking and resource allocation.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com) is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is desirable.
- Experience in a project coordination or administrative role is beneficial but not required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or CAPM) is a plus but not mandatory.
