Director of Financial Management

The Director of Financial Management is responsible for the preparation, review, and delivery of accurate and timely financial statements for a portfolio of community associations. This position provides leadership and oversight of the accounting department, including Staff Accountants, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable personnel, while ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client expectations. The Director is also responsible for various financial administration functions, including monthly accounts receivable reporting, ancillary billing programs, and process improvement initiatives.
