Role Description

We’re looking for a Creative Lead a rare hybrid of Art Director and Copywriter to lead all brand communications across our digital iGaming platform. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll shape the look, voice, and emotional impact of the brand across product, marketing, and growth channels, driving creative vision across everything from in-app experiences to paid campaigns, influencer briefs, and social content. It’s an opportunity to define and scale a brand that dares to do things differently while balancing visual excellence, storytelling, and performance. Since this is a startup role, we need an experienced professional who can build a creative department from the ground up, not only leading but also executing the creation of assets and copy in the early stages. There is no big department to manage yet it needs to be created. Timelines are tight, so we are looking for someone highly proactive who is ready to go the extra step to make things happen.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Creative Strategy

  • Own and evolve the creative identity of the brand
  • Build a multi-tiered content strategy:
  • Always-On (evergreen, retention, social)
  • Campaign-Based (launches, promos)
  • Reactive/Tactical (newsworthy, trending)
  • Ensure brand tone, style, and quality across all assets

Content Planning & Execution

  • Partner with product, marketing, and growth teams to identify creative opportunities
  • Lead creative direction for key launches, in-app communications, and user engagement
  • Manage creative workflows and briefs, from ideation to delivery

Production & Systems

  • Create scalable systems and visual guidelines
  • Build a clear process from Request → Brief → Ideation → Review → Launch
  • Balance in-house work vs. agency/freelancer support

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor designers, writers, and collaborators
  • Act as the creative quality gatekeeper ensuring high impact and consistency
  • Collaborate with product, performance, media, and analytics teams

Required Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in creative roles (copy, art direction, or both)
  • Proven experience building brand systems across digital platforms
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent writing and conceptual storytelling abilities
  • Experience in entertainment, gaming, lifestyle, or consumer tech preferred
  • Deep understanding of creative performance in digital channels
  • Passion for bold, brand-first thinking and building in fast-paced environments
