Junior Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Remote / regular team meetings in Graz

This role works closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the wider Marketing team, contributing to the execution of campaigns, content, and day‑to‑day digital marketing activities.

The Role:

In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of the website (content updates, landing pages, basic SEO tasks)
• Assisting with the setup and execution of digital campaigns (paid, organic, email, marketing automation)
• Working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the CMS to support campaigns and communications
• Creating and adapting copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and social media under guidance from senior team members
• Collaborating with Sales and Marketing colleagues to support lead generation and funnel activities
• Helping track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key marketing KPIs
• Supporting A/B tests for messaging, creatives, CTAs, and page layouts
• Assisting with webinars, content launches, and partner campaigns
• Helping ensure a consistent brand appearance across all digital touchpoints

The ideal candidate:

• Has around 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Has initial experience with CMS platforms and/or marketing automation tools
• Has a basic understanding of SEO (keywords, page structure, metadata)
• Enjoys writing clear, engaging, and customer-focused copy
• Has an interest in data, analytics, and learning how to measure marketing performance
• Works in a structured and reliable way and enjoys hands-on tasks
• Is curious, motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team
