The Centre for Disability Employment Research and Practice (CDERP) is an Australian-based organisation dedicated to advancing inclusive employment for people with disabilities. CDERP conducts applied research to inform policy and improve employment practices, collaborating with various entities to promote economic participation for individuals with disability. In addition to research, CDERP operates the CDERP College, offering professional development, and runs Work First, a service delivery arm that supports individuals in securing meaningful work.
Role Description
This is a Casual (3-4 days, 9am-3pm) remote (WFH) role for an Administrative Manager at CDERP. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, managing documentation and records, coordinating schedules and meetings, and providing support to various departments within the organisation.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in office software and database management
- Experience in administrative roles within a non-profit or disability-related organisation
- Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
- Knowledge of disability employment policies and practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
