Live Chat Agent French and/or Dutch Speaking (Remote in The Netherlands or Germany)

We're growing our Chat Operations Team and looking for fluent French and Dutch-speaking Live Chat Agents to join us on a remote, flexible basis. To be considered, you'll need to be based in the Netherlands or Germany and be fluent in French and/or Dutch.

We're offering a fully remote contract with flexible working patterns and the opportunity to work alongside a professional, collaborative global team.

About the role

As a Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers of some of the world's leading automotive brands. You'll handle inbound chat enquiries on behalf of our dealership customers, understanding what each person needs, providing the right information, and helping dealerships arrange call backs. You'll also support customers with booking dealership visits, scheduling services, and answering general queries.

No previous experience is required. We provide a structured training programme designed to set you up for success, so what matters most is that you're a confident communicator who's eager to learn and build real skills in customer care.
