About the Opportunity
The Customer Service – Booking Hotels role supports clients throughout the hotel research and booking process. This remote position assists travelers in finding accommodations that match their preferences while providing accurate information and attentive service. The role contributes to seamless booking experiences and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Assist clients in researching, selecting, and booking hotel accommodations.
• Provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, pricing, availability, and booking details.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through phone, email, and online chat.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and reservations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless and consistent client experiences.
• Stay informed about hotel offerings, travel trends, and relevant industry updates.
• Participate in virtual training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing learning opportunities.
Requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay Range and Compensation Package
• Annual earning potential of $40,000–$70,000, based on performance and other relevant factors.
