As a Technical Project Manager, you will take ownership of our engineering projects, ensuring smooth execution from kickoff to delivery. You will be the bridge between our engineering team, clients, and internal stakeholders—driving efficiency, clarity, and impact across all projects. You will:

  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects—from planning to delivery.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with engineers and stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during project execution, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Maintain and improve project tracking systems, ensuring visibility on progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Identify potential risks or delays early and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support funding and AWS program applications, coordinating with AWS representatives where needed.
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, and post-project analysis (including client feedback and surveys).
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability of engineering operations.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities during project delivery; flag them to the sales team (or own the conversation where appropriate).
  • Support pre-sales scoping: estimate effort, shape SOWs, and participate in client calls with the sales team.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with client stakeholders that extend beyond the current project.

Our operations specialists will support the process so you can succeed!What We Expect You to Have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in engineering, cloud, or technical environments.
  • Experience working with AWS or cloud technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).
  • A proactive, structured mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills—oral and written (our primary language of communication).
  • Commercial awareness — comfortable discussing scope, budget, and value with clients (not just timelines).

Bonus points if you have:

  • Familiarity with startup environments or fast-scaling teams.
  • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, or resource planning.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing sales, pre-sales, or account management role.
  • Track record of growing accounts or identifying expansion opportunities.
