This role sits at the intersection of telecommunications infrastructure, digital platforms, and service design—focused on making complex networks more reliable, usable, and human-centred.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Design and improve end-to-end telecommunications and connectivity experiences
• Map how users, devices, and network systems interact across digital and physical layers
• Translate complex telecom infrastructure (e.g. mobile, broadband, 5G, IoT) into usable service and product experiences
• Collaborate with network engineers, product teams, and operations stakeholders
• Identify gaps between backend network performance and frontend user experience
• Contribute to design of telecom products, services, and customer journeys
• Develop service blueprints, system diagrams, and experience models
• Support improvements in reliability, accessibility, and service quality

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Interaction Design, or related field
• Experience in telecommunications, connectivity platforms, digital infrastructure, or related systems
• Strong understanding of telecom concepts (e.g. network architecture, latency, coverage, reliability)
• Ability to work across technical and design disciplines
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, or infrastructure teams
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical systems clearly
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, or system mapping tools
• Interest in future connectivity (5G, IoT, smart infrastructure)
• Based in Australia with full working rights
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
