Overview
We are recruiting a Research Coordinator for AI projects. You will examine active research workstreams, compare evidence against defined questions, and prepare current research trackers and complete handoff packages for review, keeping the evidence trail and open questions clear.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize source lists, study materials, schedules, and status records and track work related to active research workstreams.
- Compare workstream status with the agreed research plan and dependencies.
- Maintain current source, status, and handoff records for the assigned work.
- Prepare current research trackers and complete handoff packages with source status, open items, and handoff notes.
- Flag missing materials, stalled decisions, or schedule risks for further review.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in English.
- Ability to organize research materials, status, and dependencies.
- Ability to maintain accurate trackers and complete research handoffs.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable home-working setup.
- Previous research coordination, project support, or study operations experience is helpful but not required.
