Position: Business Analyst

Type: Hourly contract

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Perform side-by-side (SxS) evaluations comparing outputs for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Conduct fact-checking to validate information and identify inconsistencies.
  • Provide detailed, structured justifications supporting evaluation decisions.
  • Follow established evaluation guidelines and maintain consistent quality standards.
  • Use browser-based tools and extensions to support structured analysis tasks.
  • Execute basic command-line instructions when required for workflow support.
  • Document findings clearly and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools in a professional environment.
  • Experience working with browser extensions and online review platforms.
  • Ability to run simple command-line commands (no advanced programming required).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to justify decisions objectively.
  • Comfortable working within structured evaluation frameworks.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
