CRISPR Molecular Biologist (Gene Editing & AI Data) | $60/hr Remote

Position: Molecular Biologist

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $40 - $60/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design and execute CRISPR-based gene editing experiments.
• Develop and implement cloning strategies to generate constructs and cell lines.
• Perform genotyping, PCR-based assays, and sequence analysis for validation.
• Design synthetic DNA and RNA sequences for experimental workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure data for AI model training.
• Apply molecular biology techniques to study cellular and molecular systems.
• Document experimental procedures and results with high accuracy and clarity.

Requirements

• Strong experience in CRISPR technology and gene editing workflows.
• Strong experience with cloning, genotyping, and PCR-based assays.
• Strong background in sequence design and molecular screening strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting molecular and cellular data.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote environments.
• Degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, or a related field.
