Position: Hedge Fund Expert

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $200/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: Minimum 10 hours/week

Duration: Minimum 4 weeks (with potential extension)

Role Responsibilities

• Contribute hedge fund expertise to a research project with a leading AI lab
• Design and evaluate finance and investment-related questions used to train AI systems
• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, financial rigor, and real-world hedge fund applicability
• Provide structured feedback aligned with professional hedge fund and investment standards
• Collaborate asynchronously with project stakeholders to refine research outputs

Requirements

• Strong experience working at hedge funds with exposure to long/short equity strategies
• Strong experience in financial modeling, market sizing/TAM analysis, investment research, earnings analysis, or investment memo creation
• High attention to detail and strong analytical judgment
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project timelines
