Position: HR & Administration Specialist – Expert Network
Type: Part-time position
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
- Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration workflows.
- Develop and review HR policies to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
- Provide structured documentation and guidance on HR best practices.
- Collaborate asynchronously with stakeholders on workforce planning and administrative initiatives.
- Apply HR expertise to support AI-driven research and enterprise projects.
Requirements
