Position: Medical Expert with EMR System Expertise

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $100–$140/hour (based on expertise and geography)

Location: Remote

Duration: Starting September (applications reviewed on a rolling basis)

Commitment: 10–20 hrs/week (flexible, with potential to increase to 40 hrs/week)

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Review and validate AI-generated content related to EMR workflows and medical documentation.
• Provide feedback on clinical accuracy, usability, and compliance with documentation standards.
• Develop and refine case-based scenarios that simulate real-world EMR usage.
• Evaluate AI system outputs for alignment with medical and technical standards.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to improve workflow integration and accuracy.

Requirements

• Licensed healthcare professional (physician, nurse, or equivalent clinical background).
• Extensive hands-on experience with major EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of medical documentation standards, coding practices, and patient record workflows.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to detect inaccuracies in medical and technical contexts.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
