Position: Workforce Operations Expert

Role Responsibilities

• Design and optimize structured rubrics for evaluating AI model outputs in workforce operations.
• Analyze and reconcile employee data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with AI teams to create high-quality training data and evaluation tasks.
• Monitor workforce trends and generate reports to support operational decision-making.
• Support business continuity and incident response through workforce analytics.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to scalable workflows aligned with HR, security, and operational protocols.

Requirements

• Strong experience in people analytics, workforce tracking, and reporting systems.
• Experience developing structured rubrics for AI or data-driven projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in business continuity, crisis management, or incident response.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions under uncertainty.
• Familiarity with cross-functional workflows across HR, security, and operations.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity.
