Quality Analyst | $40/hr Remote

Position: Generalists

Compensation: $30–$40/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and annotate AI-generated outputs with high precision and consistency.
• Follow detailed guidelines accurately across structured evaluation and labeling tasks.
• Identify subtle errors, edge cases, and inconsistencies in AI outputs.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI training and evaluation quality.
• Maintain high accuracy standards across repetitive, high-volume workflows.
• Proactively flag unclear instructions or ambiguous cases.

Requirements

• Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong quality-first mindset.
• Experience working as a reviewer, rater, or contributor in human data or AI training pipelines.
• Proven ability to follow nuanced guidelines without deviation.
• Strong written communication and reasoning skills.
• Reliable, consistent, and comfortable with repetitive precision-based tasks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, task-driven environment.
