We’re a startup shaking up the HR industry by doing things differently. We’re looking for a confident, down-to-earth Business Development Manager who’s skilled in appointment setting and lead generation to help us expand our client base across Australia. This is a commission-only contractor role, offering a market-leading 100% uncapped commission. You’ll be focused on identifying and securing qualified leads for our growing HR consultancy, Culturefy. We support small-to-medium businesses seeking straightforward, no-nonsense HR solutions.

What you'll do
- Identify and proactively reach out to potential clients (we’ll help you understand exactly who we’re targeting)
- Focus on appointment setting to get us in front of the right people
- Build genuine relationships and help convert leads into paying clients
- Track and manage your pipeline with transparency and consistency
- Share market insights and feedback to help refine our approach as we scale
