What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners, focusing on sales and service inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting and provide product information, registration support, and service inquiries
  • Create and maintain owner records, logging complaints and resolutions accurately
  • Proactively provide feedback to improve training processes and materials
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
  • Strong initiative and ability to follow through on resolving customer issues
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with web-based systems and ability to navigate multiple applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a home office environment

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities
