The Role
We are looking for a Google Ads PPC Specialist who thinks critically, takes ownership, and is genuinely interested in getting better at their craft every week.
You will manage and optimise campaigns across multiple client accounts, working directly with one of the co-founders. This is not a task-execution role. We want someone who looks at an account, forms a clear opinion about what is working and what is not, and knows how to act on it.

What You Will Do
- Own the strategy and day-to-day performance of Google Ads accounts across multiple clients - including campaign setup, optimisation, keyword research, budget management, and ad copy across Search, Shopping, Demand Generation, and Performance Max
- Manage Google Merchant Centre product feeds, resolving disapprovals, improving feed quality, and keeping product data accurate and competitive
- Track and report results using Google Ads, GA4, and other tools - tying platform metrics to real business outcomes and setting meaningful KPIs for each account
- Audit client websites, propose CRO improvements, suggest landing page tests, and implement keyword strategies to improve Quality Scores
- Contribute actively in brainstorming sessions, stay current with Google Ads updates, and bring relevant insights to the team and to client strategy
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience in an agency, with solid knowledge of campaign types, bidding strategies, targeting, Google Ads Editor, and Google Merchant Centre
- Analytical by nature - able to read performance data, form a clear hypothesis about an account, and explain your reasoning
- Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter, while staying current with Google Ads updates and industry news
- Someone who owns their work: tasks get done on time, problems get flagged before they escalate, and solutions come with the problem
- Excellent Bulgarian and English, written and spoken
This Role is NOT for You If
- You rely on AI to compensate for gaps in your own thinking
- You struggle to form or defend an opinion on account performance
- You need constant direction to know what to do next
- You are not actively trying to grow your knowledge and your results
Nice to Have
- Experience working with ecommerce clients, especially in home, furniture, or lifestyle categories
- Basic knowledge of CRO principles and the ability to spot friction points on a landing page
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for research, copywriting, or reporting (used smartly, not as a crutch)
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and tracking fundamentals
- Good communication skills
