The Role

Using our structured system and full training, you will create digital assets, lead clients through information  interviews and support client learning through award winning personal and leadership development programs. You operate flexibly and independently while utilizing a proven system, tools and ongoing training support.

• Engage with prospective clients through digital marketing platforms
• Respond to enquiries, conduct information-only sales interviews, assess client readiness – no cold calls or hard sales
• Provide information about our eLearning products and live programs to qualified candidates
• Maintain organized follow-up and client communication processes
• Participate in weekly virtual training and development sessions

Your Skills

• 7+ years’ experience in a recruitment role or background in talent acquisition, sales, coaching, or online business is an asset
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to assess suitable candidates for programs and business opportunities
• Experience with remote work, virtual meeting platforms, and basic CRM or tracking tools is beneficial.
• Positive, growth mindset, self-motivated
• Lifelong learner prepared to level up personal and career growth outside the traditional corporate structure
