About the role

Company Description DIALD helps e-commerce brands understand their customers by calling them shortly after purchase and gathering direct feedback on why they bought, what nearly stopped them, and how they describe the product. These insights are converted into high-performing hooks, angles, and ads, so brands no longer rely on guesswork in their marketing. DIALD runs this playbook for leading e-commerce brands, contributing to over $150m in combined monthly revenue across its portfolio. The team conducts 30+ customer conversations a day, produces 60–70 creator ads weekly, and develops 25+ new angles and customer avatars each month. More information about DIALD can be found at diald.org.

Role Description The Data Analyst at DIALD will work remotely from London, UK in a full-time capacity, transforming qualitative customer conversations and performance metrics into actionable insights. This role involves collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from calls, ad performance, and revenue metrics, and building datasets that support marketing and product decisions. The Data Analyst will perform exploratory data analysis, develop reports and dashboards, and identify trends and patterns that inform winning ad angles and customer avatars. In collaboration with marketing, creative, and leadership teams, the Data Analyst will communicate findings clearly, recommend data-driven strategies, and help optimize campaigns and customer targeting. The role also includes creating and maintaining data models, documenting methodologies, and contributing to continuous improvement of DIALD’s analytics processes.
