Position Overview

The Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance will serve as a key strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide financial planning, capital management, and long-term value creation. Reporting to the CFO, this role provides executive oversight across FP&A, capital planning, investor relations, and business unit finance. The leader will shape financial strategy, strengthen operational finance capability, and support major growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO and executive leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Lead corporate FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and board-level financial reporting.
• Oversee capital allocation, investment evaluations, and enterprise efficiency initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the corporate finance team; provide guidance to business unit finance leaders.
• Manage banking relationships, financial risk assessments, and investor communication activities.
• Enhance financial systems, processes, and controls to support multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Support M&A efforts through financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior corporate finance or FP&A leadership.
• Background in manufacturing, industrials, or other capital-intensive industries is required.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling corporate finance functions in complex, multi-site environments.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical capability, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems transformation is preferred.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
