Your Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and business development for the Durst Software Group portfolio within your assigned territory.
  • Drive direct new-business sales of Lift ERP/MIS as the primary commercial motion, while expanding relationships with existing accounts across the broader software suite.
  • Build, develop, and support a network of dealers, resellers, and strategic partners for the Open Software Initiative portfolio.
  • Conduct customer presentations, workshops, and software demonstrations, advising customers on digital process optimization and business transformation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Durst hardware sales organization to increase software adoption and create integrated customer solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and sales performance to continuously improve market penetration and business results.

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in software sales or business development, ideally in the areas of ERP/MIS, workflow, Web-to-Print, RIP, or production software. A background or strong affinity for ERP/MIS is the most important criterion for this role.
  • Strong interest in business processes, digital transformation, data-driven solutions, and AI-powered technologies.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills with the ability to build long-term customer and partner relationships.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a structured, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial way of working.
  • Fluent in English; German and additional European languages are considered an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region (up to 40%)..
