Two-Week Commission-Based Trial
Selected candidates begin with a two-week commission-only contractor trial. This is a paid, performance-based trial; there is no base salary or guaranteed income during the trial.
Before taking sales opportunities, candidates complete approximately 1–2 days of training covering the sales script, CRM, sales process, onboarding materials, and program details.
Trial Compensation
During the trial, representatives earn:
15% commission on cash collected from sales they personally close.
There are no guaranteed bookings during the trial. Opportunities may come from:
- Hot transfers from appointment setters
- Available bookings posted in Slack
- Spare-calendar opportunities
- CRM follow-ups and prior no-shows
- Other available leads requiring follow-up
Trial Performance Expectations
The trial is designed to evaluate sales ability, follow-up discipline, activity level, and coachability.
Performance benchmarks include approximately:
- 5 sales within a rolling 7-day period, and
- 40% live-call-to-sale conversion
Trial representatives are expected to monitor Slack, accept suitable opportunities, work available CRM leads, complete follow-up, attend coaching, and maintain accurate CRM notes.
Candidates should plan for approximately 4 or more active working hours per day during the trial to have sufficient opportunity to demonstrate performance. Meeting the stated benchmarks does not guarantee a post-trial offer; all continuation decisions are based on overall performance and business needs.
Schedule After the Trial
Candidates who receive a post-trial offer should be available for a full-time schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Approximately 8 hours per day
- Sales activity generally between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Sydney time
Once added to the regular booking calendar, representatives may typically receive approximately 3–5 bookings per day, depending on lead flow and team capacity. Booking volume is not guaranteed.
Compensation After the Trial
Successful candidates may be offered one of the following structures, depending on performance, location, business structure, and the formal written offer:
Base + Commission
Some representatives may receive a base component plus commission. Exact compensation will be stated in the formal offer before work begins under that structure.
Commission Only
Representatives may alternatively continue on a commission-only contractor structure, generally earning 10%–15% of cash collected from qualifying sales, depending on performance and the applicable compensation tier.
Compensation is performance-based and no specific earnings level is guaranteed.
Contractor and Employment Structure
Australian-based candidates: Contractor or employment arrangements depend on the candidate's legal business structure and the final written offer. A Pty Ltd company may be required for certain contractor arrangements that include a base component. Candidates with an ABN may be considered for commission-only contractor arrangements. Where appropriate, an employment arrangement may be considered instead.
International candidates: Overseas representatives are generally engaged as independent contractors and invoice the company weekly, subject to the final written agreement and applicable local requirements.
Payments are processed weekly according to the agreed compensation structure and verified sales activity.
