Sales & Business Development Representative – FranceAbout the Role
Ecosoft is looking for a motivated and commercially focused Sales & Business Development Representative – France to support the growth of our business in the French market.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and promoting Ecosoft’s water treatment solutions to B2B clients and partners. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning them into long-term cooperation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow Ecosoft’s customer base in France.
- Identify potential B2B clients, partners and distributors.
- Work with existing customers to increase sales and develop long-term cooperation.
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Present Ecosoft’s water treatment products and solutions to clients.
- Prepare offers, quotations and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate cooperation terms, pricing and delivery conditions.
- Collect market feedback and share client needs with internal teams.
- Cooperate with logistics, technical support and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Keep CRM data up to date and provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline and results.
- Represent Ecosoft during client meetings, trade fairs and industry events.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
- Experience with technical products, industrial solutions, equipment, water treatment, engineering or related industries will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Ability to develop new clients and manage existing accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-organized, proactive and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings, exhibitions and client visits.
