About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Professional Development Mentor to join our growing remote team.

In this role, you'll engage with prospective clients, introduce them to our professional development programs, and support them through our consultation process. You'll also participate in ongoing training while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating with people, and continuously developing their own skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from prospective clients.
• Introduce individuals to our professional development programs.
• Conduct online consultations using our proven systems.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions via Zoom.
• Participate in ongoing personal and professional development.
• Utilise digital marketing and AI tools to support daily activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, coaching, mentoring, or business development is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Confidence using computers, Zoom, and online communication tools.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Work Schedule

Full-time with flexible scheduling. Availability during morning and evening periods may be required to support clients across multiple time zones.
