GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:
- The Senior Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Specialist leads the end-to-end talent acquisition delivery globally, serving as the primary point of contact for hiring requests, BPS (Business Process Service) coordination, and hiring manager partnership.
- Supports and implements skills-based hiring, external pipeline strategies, and TA capability building to ensure a consistent, compliant, and high-quality hiring process.
- Activates Envu's employer brand and people strategy commitments through talent acquisition, while contributing to broader People and Talent Management initiatives in support of Envu's growth and employer of choice ambition.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
- Global TA Operations and BPS Coordination: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations globally, serving as the primary point of contact for hiring requests and strategy activation. Partner with the BPS recruitment team to ensure consistent output quality, process standards, and hiring excellence across all markets and geographies.
- Workforce Planning and Talent Pipeline: Support strategic workforce planning by identifying and activating external pipeline strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles in alignment with business priorities.
- Skills-Based Hiring and Governance: Lead the implementation of skills-based hiring principles globally, applying objective assessment frameworks that broaden talent access, reduce bias, and support internal mobility, in compliance with local legislation and Envu global standards.
- TA Capability Building and Hiring Manager Enablement: Build and maintain internal recruiting capability through hiring manager guides, structured interview frameworks, and role-specific training. Support hiring manager competence in conducting fair and skills-focused hiring conversations, reducing process gaps and improving overall decision quality across the organization.
- Hiring Manager and Candidate Experience: Uphold a high-quality, consistent experience for hiring managers and candidates across all recruitment stages, from initial engagement through onboarding, ensuring clear process guidance, structured support, and a seamless transition into the organization.
- TA Technology, Reporting, and Financial Stewardship: Oversee the use of ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-assisted sourcing tools, tracking key hiring metrics and coordinating recruitment spend to optimize agency ROI and drive sustainable efficiency gains.
- Employer Brand and People Strategy Activation: Activate Envu's employer brand and embed cultural traits and people strategy commitments into hiring practices and candidate engagement, supporting Envu's employer of choice ambition across key markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with People Business Partners and People, Culture and Communication colleagues to support broader people strategy / Talent Management initiatives such as mentoring programs, leadership development, and organizational priorities beyond day-to-day hiring.
ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?Main requirements:
- Experience and Background: 5+ years in talent acquisition with demonstrated experience overseeing recruitment delivery across multiple geographies, coordinating with BPS or RPO teams, and partnering with hiring managers at all levels in a regional / global organization. Exposure to Talent Management practices such as mentoring or leadership program is an advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Recruitment Knowledge and Governance: Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, skills-based hiring principles, workforce planning, and current TA trends including AI-assisted sourcing. Proven ability to implement and sustain standardized hiring processes across multiple countries, with awareness of local employment legislation and data privacy requirements.
- Technology, Data, and Financial Acumen: Proficient in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-assisted sourcing tools. Able to interpret hiring metrics, optimize recruitment spend, and assess sourcing ROI to drive cost efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Fluency in English required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence without authority, and engage effectively across functions in a global, multicultural environment.
