Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will lead sales operations, develop strategic business plans, oversee customer relationships, and identify opportunities to drive growth. Additional responsibilities include managing a sales team, optimizing sales performance, creating actionable metrics, and fostering partnerships to meet organizational objectives. The role requires proactive leadership to achieve both short-term and long-term sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets and building client relationships
- Experience in Sales Operations and Team Management to drive efficiency, motivate teams, and manage resources effectively
- Strong skills in Customer Service to maintain long-term partnerships and ensure a positive customer experience
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to identify sales opportunities and develop approaches to meet customer needs
- Familiarity with ERP solutions, including SAP, Oracle NetSuite, MS Dynamics, or Salesforce, is a significant advantage
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
