Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Brand Manager who can own the full relationship with assigned brands, define long term strategies, and coordinate internal specialist teams to deliver exceptional results. The main responsibility of this role is to understand the customer's products, consumers, competitive landscape, and define the right Amazon strategy while ensuring a unified and seamless experience across all functions including Advertising, SEO, Creative, Case Management, and Inventory.

Key Responsibilities
• Define the Amazon strategy for each assigned customer based on product characteristics, consumer insights, competitive analysis, and business goals
• Build and execute monthly account plans designed to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Understand the customer’s brand, products, and consumers to shape short and long term growth strategies
• Orchestrate internal specialist teams to ensure unified execution across SEO, Advertising, Creative, Case Management, and Inventory
• Analyze account performance, category trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities
• Lead weekly or biweekly strategic and performance meetings with customers
• Oversee product catalog health and guide optimization efforts
• Plan promotional campaigns for key events and analyze results
• Support inventory planning by collaborating with Inventory Specialists
• Conduct market research to support strategic recommendations
• Provide clear reporting and communication on key actions and outcomes
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain strong alignment and delivery consistency
Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of direct Amazon Brand Management experience
• Strong understanding of eCommerce dynamics and brand building
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong analytical skills with a data driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate cross functional teams
• Agency experience is a plus
• Experience with Shopify or Walmart accounts is a plus
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
