As a Full Stack Developer, you will work at the intersection of creativity and technology, helping to shape the future of our platforms. You'll be more than a developer—you'll be an innovator, a problem solver, and a key contributor to projects that drive real impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Build highly responsive, accessible, and interactive web applications using SvelteKit, TypeScript, and headless CMS technologies.
  • Design and implement scalable, reusable components and architectures for maintainability across multiple projects.
  • Solve complex UI challenges by crafting seamless, dynamic, and engaging user experiences that set new benchmarks for performance and usability.
  • Push the boundaries of speed and responsiveness through advanced caching strategies, efficient data handling, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Implement and maintain robust testing strategies, including unit and end-to-end test suites, to ensure world-class quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand critical business needs and translate them into scalable, high-impact solutions.
  • Take ownership of major technical initiatives, such as migrating monolithic WordPress systems to a modern, headless architecture.
  • Mentor team members, fostering innovation, ownership, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in SvelteKit, TypeScript, and headless CMS platforms, with a proven ability to deliver scalable, production-ready systems.
  • A strong problem-solving mindset, capable of tackling large-scale technical challenges with innovative and effective solutions.
  • A self-starter attitude with the confidence to identify and resolve key problems without waiting for direction.
  • Experience designing and maintaining unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks to ensure high-quality, stable codebases.
  • Deep understanding of performance monitoring and debugging techniques to maintain optimal application reliability.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex migrations, such as transitioning monolithic systems like WordPress to headless architectures.
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with frameworks like Astro or SolidJS.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles, particularly for forms and landing pages.
  • Familiarity with performance monitoring tools such as ELK, New Relic, Sonar, or Grafana Faro.
  • Working knowledge of tools like S3, CloudFront, EKS, SNS, SQS, Lambda, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, and DynamoDB.
  • Industry experience in marketing technology.
