At Factor, our goal is to build the #1 full-funnel paid social customer acquisition agency for ambitious eCommerce & SaaS companies. To achieve that, we're looking for world-class paid social practitioners.

Firstly, what does a full-funnel paid social approach look like?

  1. Strategy & Forecasting
  2. Offer Creation & Testing
  3. Landing Page Testing
  4. Pre & Post-Purchase Upsells
  5. Ad Creative Production
  6. Profit-Focused Media Buying

There are a lot of moving parts, however when assembled correctly this suite of services is incredibly powerful at aggressively and profitably scaling paid social customer acquisition for eCommerce & SaaS companies.

The Role

This is a part-time position, with the possibility of becoming full-time in the near future based on performance. If you believe that you can up-skill and progress 10x faster than your peers, this role is for you. We're looking for an incredibly motivated, driven and hungry individual to join us and grow into an elite paid social operator.

Responsibilities

Your primary objective is to aggressively and profitably scale Meta Ads customer acquisition for clients. You'll achieve this through a full-funnel approach: strategy, creative, funnels and media buying. You'll work closely with and be supported by a pod, including a growth strategist, growth assistant, video editor and developer.

Among other things, you will:

  1. Do deep creative research & strategy
  2. Brainstorm ideas & write creative briefs
  3. Create lots of winning ads (with our editors)
  4. Create high-converting landing pages (with our devs)
  5. Implement full-funnel improvements (offers & upsells)
  6. Optimise budgets to maximise scale & efficiency
  7. Ensure the client is always hitting their aMER target
  8. Launch new creative & media buying tests on a weekly basis
  9. Send clients a weekly performance review every Monday
  10. Send clients a monthly performance review & strategy

About You

  1. You have zero issues being incredibly productive in a remote environment
  2. You have 2+ years (min) of Meta Ads experience
  3. You've managed $50k+ (min) per month in Meta spend for an individual brand
  4. You know Meta Ads fundamentals back to front (you'll be quizzed on them)
  5. You've completed a lot of the most popular online Meta & Creative courses
  6. You're up to date with all things Meta & Creative and follow folks like Dara Denney
  7. You're professional and treat the work you do and the results it drives very seriously
  8. You're obsessed with your craft, constantly learning, and leave no stone unturned
  9. You don't need to be motivated, pushed or driven and can't help but deliver incredible results
  10. You care deeply about doing great work, you're conscientious by nature
