Position summary
This role is accountable for production coordination, quality control, scheduling content, client communication, team communication, and reporting across all active accounts. The Project Manager ensures every deliverable is produced on schedule and to standard.
This role can either be hybrid or fully remote depending on the applicant.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and team
- Translate client feedback into clear direction for editors and creators, and communicate timelines and expectations back to clients
- Coordinate monthly filming sessions and manage the creators across client markets
- Manage production schedules and deadlines from brief through delivery
- Apply quality standards to every deliverable before it reaches a client
- Oversee publishing across social media platforms
- Maintain reporting dashboards and the operational pipeline in Notion
Qualifications
- Experience in client-facing project management at an agency, studio, or content team
- Experience in Notion
- Excellent written communication; clear, complete, and prompt
- Comfortable holding both clients and internal team members to deadlines
- Able to apply documented standards consistently across multiple accounts
- Organized, proactive, and calm under a full schedule
- High attention to detail
