We’re working with a fast-moving, fully remote organization looking for a hands-on HR Support Specialist to join their team on a short-term contract. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who’s ready to step in, provide solid administrative support, and help keep things running smoothly during a busy transition period.

The Role

• Respond to general HR queries from US-based employees
• Issue employment offer letters and contracts for US staff
• Support HR documentation and employee tracking
• Act as the main point of contact for US HR questions (with support from the wider global HR team)
• Assist with basic reporting and coordination ahead of an upcoming HR system migration
• Maintain accurate records and escalate issues as needed

The Requirements

• 2–3 years of HR admin or generalist experience
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Detail-oriented and proactive (you’re the kind of person who spots what needs doing and gets it done)
• Familiarity with employment documentation and US HR practices (state-by-state knowledge is a plus but not essential)
• Experience with HR systems is helpful, but no specific platform knowledge required
