We’re now looking for a high-performance leader to build and run a brand-new national team of Relationship Managers. These team members support our subscription members — everyday Australians who gain access to our budgeting app, a tailored budget plan, and a personal Relationship Manager to keep them accountable and on track.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll recruit, onboard, and manage your team while also overseeing delivery frameworks, KPIs, check-ins, coaching, and retention strategy. You’ll also manage a personal portfolio of clients to lead from the front.
About the Role:
This is not a strategic oversight role — it’s a builder’s role. You’ll take full ownership of the Relationship Management function from the ground up, including:
- Team structure, hiring, onboarding, and training
- Systems, SOPs, frameworks, and service standards
- Direct delivery of high-touch financial coaching and accountability
- Client onboarding, ongoing check-ins, and budgeting support
- Subscription retention through consistent value delivery
- KPI tracking, performance monitoring, and process improvement
This is a full-time, remote role. All team members are required to be online during business hours in a virtual breakout room via Zoom, with cameras on, to support collaboration, energy, and accountability across the team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and lead a high-performance team of Relationship Managers
- Personally manage a small portfolio of subscription clients
- Recruit, onboard, and coach new hires from day one
- Develop and implement SOPs, onboarding workflows, and support playbooks
- Walk members through their budgeting app and personalised financial plan
- Deliver regular check-ins and accountability calls to keep members on track
- Support clients through budgeting challenges and mindset shifts
- Track engagement, satisfaction, and retention across the team
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve delivery
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Property, and Client Services
- Ensure 90%+ subscription retention by delivering ongoing value
- Build a member-first culture rooted in coaching, care, and results
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years in a relationship management, financial coaching, or client advisory role
- Proven experience building or scaling a high-performance service team
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting tools, or lending (ideal)
- Demonstrated ability to implement systems, processes, and documentation
- Commercial mindset with a track record of hitting retention or satisfaction targets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills across remote environments
- Personally accountable and able to lead by example
- Client-first mentality with a passion for seeing people succeed

- Team Launch – Relationship Management team fully operational within 90 days
- Client Retention – 90%+ of managed clients retained after 12 months

- Team Metrics – All team members hit agreed satisfaction and service benchmarks
- Systems & Tools – SOPs, lifecycle maps, and CRM processes built and maintained
- Culture & Delivery – Team operates with consistency, care, and commercial results
