The Role Overview
A client of ours in the Consultancy sector is seeking a Training & Enablement Project Manager to join their project team for a fixed-term engagement through the end of 2026.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programmes for a leading global technology client of theirs. Reporting into a senior delivery lead, the objective of the role is to bring structure, predictability and operational excellence to high-impact training and enablement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex client projects from planning through to close
- Translate scope into clear delivery plans with milestones, dependencies and ownership
- Track progress proactively, adapting plans and surfacing risks early with recommendations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams with clear briefs, timelines and feedback loops
- Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery that meets internal standards and client expectations
- Maintain accurate project‑level budget tracking and forecast variance
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in a client-facing environment
- Strong planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Confidence owning delivery, managing risks and seeing work through to completion
- Clear, proactive communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders across distributed teams.
- Calm, pragmatic and solutions-focused under pressure

- Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 pro rata
