Investor Relations Manager - Remote / Web3

We are seeking someone with experience to support the company’s investor relations, M&A pipeline, strategic planning, and capital structuring initiatives.

Mid-level management consultant (approx. 5+ years experience) with strong financial modeling skills and a background in corporate strategy or transaction advisory.

The analyst will work closely with senior leadership, providing decision-critical insights, materials, and analysis to support fundraising, due diligence, strategic acquisitions, and investor communications.

Key Requirements1/Investor Relations & Capital Strategy

• Prepare investor materials (presentations, memos, FAQs) for equity and token fundraising.
• Analyze fundraising rounds and cap table scenarios (equity and token-based).

2/ M&A & Strategic Transaction Support3/Business Planning & Performance TrackingExperience

• 5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or similar.
• Exposure to M&A or capital markets (direct or advisory capacity).
• Experience in Web3, creator economy, or consumer tech is a plus.

Skills

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling (3-statement, DCF, scenario modeling).
• Strong presentation and memo writing skills (investor decks, strategic briefs, internal docs).
• Familiarity with crypto, tokenomics, or Web3 incentive systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to align across teams.

• Based in Europe (preferred) or within 3 hours of the CET time zone.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environment.
