Email Marketer (Remote)

Why This Role Exists This role plays a meaningful part in the growth of the company 💯 As an Email Marketer you’ll contribute by driving revenue from email marketing across our eCommerce stores, building high-performing email flows and campaigns, and optimizing performance through data-driven strategies, while developing your skills in a performance-driven environment. This is a role for someone who wants to build, improve, and grow, not just maintain the status quo.What You’ll Own & Build In this role, you’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one. Your success will be measured in your first 90 days based on the following metrics:

• Increase revenue generated from email marketing by at least 25%
• Improve performance of key email flows and campaigns
• Consistently test, optimize, and report on performance
• Take clear ownership of the email channel with measurable results

What We’re Looking For We’re excited to work with someone who:

• Has 2+ years of experience in email marketing for eCommerce
• Is hands-on with Klaviyo (required)
• Has experience with Shopify (nice to have)
• Possesses a creative mindset with strong copywriting skills
• Is analytical and data-driven, focused on performance improvement
• Can work independently in a fast-paced environment
