Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, remote Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze complex data sets, design reports and dashboards, and support business decision-making by transforming raw data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will also include identifying trends, developing effective data models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address organizational needs and optimize strategies. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to data accuracy and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and report creation using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of SQL and database management systems
• Experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data manipulation and analytics
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex datasets to non-technical stakeholders through storytelling and visualization
• Keen attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to high-quality deliverables
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with digital marketing and media metrics is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is advantageous
