Hakeem Group, established in 1975, is a leading Egyptian manufacturer of plastic products including cups, plates, containers, and pipes. We also produce aluminum profiles. Our products are sold throughout Egypt through our network of over 35 branches.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our aluminum profiles business into new international markets, with an initial focus on Europe. This role will be based in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt (remote option could be discussed).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and evaluating new market opportunities and potential business partnerships in the European market specifically for our aluminum profiles.
• Developing and implementing strategic business development plans focused on the growth of our aluminum profiles sector.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers within the aluminum sector.
• Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis specifically within the aluminum profiles market to inform strategic decisions.
• Preparing and presenting compelling business proposals and presentations focused on our aluminum profile offerings.
• Negotiating and finalizing business agreements and partnerships related to aluminum profile sales and distribution.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Production) to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives for aluminum profiles.
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of business development activities and key performance indicators for the aluminum profiles business.
• Representing Hakeem Group at relevant industry events and conferences within the aluminum sector.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or international market expansion, with a significant focus on aluminum products or related industries.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and developing new business opportunities and achieving significant growth within the aluminum sector.
• Strong understanding of international business and market entry strategies, with a particular focus on the European market for aluminum profiles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (additional European languages are a significant advantage).
• Prior experience in the aluminum profiles industry is highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies for aluminum products.
• Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward within the aluminum sector.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities within the aluminum industry.
