We're working with a leading global enterprise SaaS platform that empowers over 12,000 schools and trusts with this exciting opportunity. As the Demand Generation Lead for the Education division, you will architect a high-performing marketing engine across the UK State and International school markets. We are looking for a commercial powerhouse who can blend Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies with scalable digital campaigns using Salesforce and Marketing Automation tools to drive massive pipeline growth. The Role

  • Build and lead a high-impact team of five marketing professionals, setting the gold standard for campaign execution and commercial ROI.
  • Own the full demand generation funnel, from unified campaign planning to performance reporting, acting as the primary source of truth for pipeline contribution.
  • Design and deploy sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes specifically for the UK State market while driving scalable growth for Independent and International sectors.
  • Optimise lead qualification standards and MQL-to-SQL conversion rates through data-driven testing and tight alignment with the Sales and Product Marketing teams.
  • Manage the demand generation budget with full accountability, ensuring every pound spent translates into measurable business expansion.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring B2B demand generation or growth marketing teams within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue pipeline through integrated multi-channel campaigns across Digital, Content, and Events.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and Marketing Automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • A data-obsessed mindset with deep commercial acumen—you understand pipeline metrics, ROI reporting, and how to optimize based on performance data.
  • Previous experience in EdTech or the Education sector is highly desirable, alongside experience managing multi-region marketing operations.
