Job Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic and driven Transformation Lead to support the evolution of our key sales business function, Sourcing. In this role, you will work closely with the Sourcing Transformation and Office Director and the Sourcing Leadership Team to define and execute a global strategy, drive transformation initiatives, and enhance operational effectiveness.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap, managing strategic initiatives, and enabling the scaling of key sourcing-related products, while promoting innovation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This role operates in a highly dynamic and evolving business environment, requiring continuous problem-solving, adaptability, and strategic clarity. You will be expected to translate complex topics into clear recommendations, influence senior stakeholders, and challenge traditional approaches to drive meaningful change.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and execution of the global Sourcing strategy, including vision, ambition, and roadmap.
  • Contribute to the design and governance of the strategic initiative portfolio, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Drive the development and scaling of sourcing-related products (e.g., Civitfun, Roiback, Carnect, Holiday Taxis), ensuring seamless operational integration.
  • Coordinate transformation activities and performance reporting, delivering clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Support the planning and execution of the Sourcing strategic agenda, including leadership meetings, committees, and governance forums.
  • Prepare high-quality materials for business reviews, including MBRs, QBRs, and senior management presentations.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and AI acceleration to drive revenue growth and efficiency.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, aligning priorities and driving decision-making in complex environments.

Skillset Required

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable plans.
  • Advanced analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for senior audiences.
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing capabilities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, business case development, and performance analysis.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable impact.
  • Ability to foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability across different stakeholders and contexts.
  • Advanced English is a MUST

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in strategy, transformation, or project management roles within a global organization or top-tier consulting firm.
  • Background in TravelTech, Product, Technology environments, or commercial transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational transformation and operating model design.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact strategic projects.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
