Mandatory Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
- Strong experience with SQL and SQL-based data modeling.
- Solid data analysis and data quality review capabilities.
- Experience translating business and data requirements into clear, structured data models.
- Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Experience working autonomously with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to clarify requirements, validate assumptions and communicate findings effectively.
- Ability to work remotely within an international project context.
- Clear English communication skills and a responsible, collaborative and solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data needs and translate them into clear, structured SQL data models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate assumptions and support data-driven decision-making.
- Review datasets, SQL queries and analytical outputs with a strong focus on quality, accuracy and consistency.
- Support the organization and optimization of data structures used for analysis and reporting.
- Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies and potential areas for improvement.
- Communicate findings, limitations and recommendations in a clear and structured way.
- Work autonomously while maintaining effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
