To support this growth, the company is hiring a Forward Deployed Finance Partner to join its customer-facing team (fully remote across the U.S.). This is a unique opportunity to own high-impact customer engagements while helping shape how some of the most innovative businesses in tech operate and make decisions.

This role is ideal for finance professionals who excel in modeling, problem-solving, and executive communication and who enjoy working directly with customers to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Finance Partner, you’ll lead customers through the full journey of implementation, onboarding, and long-term adoption of the platform. You’ll run high-impact financial modeling sessions, collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering, and serve as the trusted advisor guiding customers toward operational excellence.

You’ll work closely with founders, CFOs, and strategy leaders across fast-growing startups — making this a high-visibility, high-impact role at the heart of the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, from initial setup to long-term adoption
• Conduct 2–4 daily sessions focused on modeling, forecasting, optimization, and training
• Build and refine financial models including revenue forecasts, hiring plans, cash flow, balance sheets, and scenario analyses
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding, workflows, and user experience
• Drive key outcomes such as time-to-value, retention, and customer independence
• Act as the voice of the customer, bringing insights back to product and leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years’ experience in FP&A, consulting - Big 5, strategic finance, deal desk, or similar roles (startup experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of financial statements and modeling best practices
• Comfort working with structured data; SQL experience preferred
• Background in SaaS onboarding, customer success, or client-facing consulting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills confident engaging with executives
• Self-driven, adaptable, and organized in fast-paced environments
• U.S. work authorization required
• Salary - $150K - $190K base plus equity
